Come up with fantasy rules is hard, there are many decisions and rarely one right answer but through extensive research and experience we think ours serve well for most leagues with only light modification.
For friendly leagues where the “spirit of the rule” is really all that’s needed, use the commandments. If you are playing with people you don’t know or it’s a very competitive group the complete rules are probably better.
